EXCHANGE/RETURNS

If you wish to exchange/return your order, we will need to be notified of the return within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Products must be in NEW condition with all original packaging. No returns/exchanges on wheels that have been mounted. 

Once in shipping, orders that have been cancelled/changed will be subjected to a 40% restocking fee and a charge for shipping.  

Processed orders, such as pre-orders, are subjected to a 5% transaction fee upon cancellation and all shipping charges (if applicable). 

The customer is held responsible for verifying all information on invoices before payment. 

Wheels that have been custom made (re-drilled, painted etc.) are non-returnable, exchangeable or refundable. 

Please note we are not responsible for any slight color variations between different batches of wheels.

Due to complications, we are no longer able to offer any warranty on Platinum finishes.
