NON-RETURN/REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS
Wheels are not returnable nor refundable if they've been:
RETURN POLICY
If you wish to return your order, we will need to be notified of the request within 14 days from the order date and will incur a restocking fee of 45%. To avoid a restocking fee please ensure your order is correct prior to payment and reviewed the order in its entirety.
If the customer is dissatisfied with their order, wheel(s) must be returned under these conditions:
1. Wheel(s) must be in NEW condition
2. Tires must have not been mounted onto wheel(s) for test fitting
3. Original Packaging must be included when returning the wheel(s)
Failure to comply with the terms listed above can result in refusal of return request.
Customer is responsible to cover ALL shipping expenses to our facility for a return/refund request as we will not be covering shipping expense or issuing return labels back to our facility. In the event that the wheels are refused, the order will be shipped back from the USA and the customer will assume all return shipping costs, including duties fees and taxes, and the restocking fee. Customized wheels are FINAL SALE.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Products must be in NEW condition, never mounted, balanced or modified and with all of its original packaging. Any scuffs, scratches or mounting marks will deem the product/wheel USED and not eligible for exchange.
Customized wheels, custom drilled or custom painted wheels are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or warranty. Customized wheels are FINAL SALE.
The exchange process will only begin after item has arrived at JNC USA and inspected.
Please email us in advance prior to making arrangements to ship your wheel(s) back to us for an exchange also to assure the wheel(s) you want to exchange for are in stock and ready to ship.
We will not issue an "On-file credit". So please be sure to email us prior to any arrangements to discuss the exchange in its entirety.
Customer/Vendor is responsible to cover all shipping expenses to our location as well as shipping expenses for the exchanged set as we will not be responsible for these expenses. Note that the restocking fee of 45% will be applied.
SHIPPING DAMAGES/CLAIMS POLICY
In the event that your wheels arrived damaged from shipping, please contact us within 24 hours, NO EXCEPTIONS. We will require proof of damage in order to start a claim with the shipping company. Note that we are not liable to damages made in shipping, this is the shipping company's responsibility.
The outcome of the claim is non negotiable and may not always be in our favour. Claims may take a minimum of 45 business days to be reviewed by the shipping company. A credit or replacement can only be sent once a claim is settled, NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not responsible for any time loss during this process./'
Shipping Claims Process:
IF selected FREE SHIPPING
All damages or loss that may occur from shipping will be covered under the carrier's maximum liability. This means that the carrier will only be able to cover their maximum liability, which is not the value of the product. The carrier may also decline any responsibility as insurance was not purchased.
IF selected FREE SHIPPING w/ INSURANCE AND SIGNATURE REQUIRED
All damages or loss that may occur from shipping will be covered to the full extent of the insurance policy. This means that the carrier will reimburse the value of damage or items lost.
JNC WHEELS MANUFACTURER WARRANTY POLICY:
All JNC wheel(s) are covered by our 14 day satisfaction warranty. All wheel(s) must be inspected by our receiving personnel. Please allow 5 business days after the wheel(s) have been received so a refund or replacement can be issued.
Please be advised our warranty does not cover but not limited to:
- 1. Wheel(s) damaged caused by usage of incorrect tire size (stretched tire), accident or negligence.
- 2. Wheels damaged through shipping transit. Please refer to our shipping damage claim policy
- 3. Wheels that have been damaged due to off road, drifting, or pothole incidents.
- 4. Chrome peeling or chipping of any kind.
JNC USA will contact the manufacturer to see if the wheel is eligible for an exchange or credit. Shipping will be covered by JNC USA only if the wheel is defective. In the event that the wheel is not eligible for warranty, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping, duties and all previous shipping costs. We are not responsible for any time loss or delays.
